Monk's UA after level 20

I'm not sure if their damage progression continues or stops at 20 but regardless I have a question about it.

What would a Medium sized Monk's UA damage be after 20 going up to like level 30? Same question but a Monk with Large sized UA counting from Improved Natural Attack?

I plan on using Superior Unarmed Attack and gaining a Monk Belt.

For giggles (only thing to back me up is Table 2-2 from 3.5 DMG)
Levels 20-23: 2d10
Levels 24-27: 4d8
Levels 28-31: 6d8

Large with INA:
Levels 20-23: 6d8
Levels 24-27: 8d8
Levels 28-31: 12d8
