Monks, unarmed strikes and grappling

What affects grappling checks? It seems that a grapple check can be improved by 4 basic means: improve BAB, enhance strength, enlarge the creature grappling (or shrink your opponent), or take the feat Weapon Focus (grapple).

Anything else help consistently?

Does Magic Fang, Greater Magic Fang, Magic Weapon, and Greater Magic Weapon enhance all unarmed strikes from a monk? Or does it require multiple castings?

Does it help with grappling? (aside from the melee touch attack to grab).

in 3.5, the Improved Grapple feat provides a +4 bonus to grapple checks, regardless of whether or not you started the grapple. Also, while it does not add to Grapple checks, the Escape Artist skill can be used to escape a Grapple.

As for your 2nd question, only a single casting of Magic Fang, GMF, Magic Weapon or GMF is required to enhance all of a Monk's unarmed attacks. Also, I belive that in 3.5, for spell effects a Monk's unarmed strike is considered both a natural and a manufactured weapon, so both Magic fang and Magic Weapon could be applied to his unarmed strikes (but of course, not stack).
