ok i remember somewhere saying that you can only use one set of the attacks as long as they have it comma seperated. LEt me explain:

2 claws, bite

You can either do 2 claws to attack OR a bite but not both. Is this true or can you do the full set of claw/claw/bite in one round as a full attack? If not can you pick one to do only? is it one or both?

Just want to know as i will be summoning lots of monsters and am curious..

AFAIK you can use all of them, it's really depends hows it's written up though. If it's 2claws +5, Bite +0 then they have been caculkcated using both as a full attack action since the one is five lower then the other (it would be two lower with the proper feat)

You may use all such attacks with a full attack action.
You may use only one single attack with a standard attack action.
See MM p. 7 under "Natural Weapons".

Yeah, all forms of attacks listed that are not seperated with an "or" are that creature's primary weapons of choice. So, they get all of the attacks listed there if the creature does a full attack action.

Wouldn't they get a reduce for using their off hand? Y'know, -5 for the next two?

No. They do get a -5 with secondary natural weapons, hence the "+5" for the bite attack above. Again, see MM p. 7.

Let's say that Monster A has the following entry:

2 claws +7 melee, Bite +2 melee; Energy blast +8 ranged

That means that, as a full attack, he can do one of the following:
a) make 2 claw attacks at +7 and 1 bite at +2, or
b) fire an energy blast at +8.

If the entry were:

2 claws +7 melee; bite +2 melee; Energy blast +8 ranged

as a full attack, he could
a) make 2 claws at +7,
b) make a single bite at +2, or
c) fire an energy blast at +8'

If it were:

2 claws +7 melee, bite +2 melee, Energy blast +8 ranged

he could make both claws, the bite, and the blast as a full attack action. Often, you'll see a semicolin replaced by an 'or'. They mean the same thing. Similarly, an 'and' can replace a comma.
