Is the pdf of ToH on Drivethru the revised edition?

Thanks,
Kane

No- not yet. That one would be the original "unrevised"/3E version. Im pretty sure DriveThru will tag the revised edition as "Revised" (or something along those lines).

Everyone voting for Tome of Horrors should be prepared to eBay theirs, since it's out of print. ;)
No one would want mine.
The cover's fallen off and the binding is almost broken. It took a nice tumble when I was carrying it and... errr, it didn't survive much ;)

I still keep it around though. I love that book. :)

The binding was defective on early prints, for a while Necromancer was replacing copies. Mine hasn't fallen apart yet but the spine came loose right away and it's only a matter of time.

The spine on mine isn't that great but its still holding together pretty well.

(And yes DTRPG.com would probably tag it "Revised" when it comes around.)

The Monstronomicon - aside from its lack of chart for creatures by CR - is a great, great book. I don't even DM D&D and I *love* just reading it.

I've never sat down with the 3.0 version, but the updated Monsternomicon has three pages of encounter charts listed by CR. And gosh yes, I hear you cats talking about reading game books for pleasure all the time, but the Monsternomicon is far and away the most readable one out there. It's great for just flipping pages and enjoying the stories.
