I'm willing to dedicate the rest of my natural life to worshipping Nymphs.

Edit - Anyone want to join my cult?

Well the aboleth, the rakshasa, the naga, demons, devils, and for a kind of cool one you could for the realms, The shambling mound, which would be cool for a cult of moander.

In a word: Formians.

In more then one word: I envision a Cult that sees Formian Society as the ultimate form of perfect order and wants to emulate the harmony of the Formian Hive. They would join the Hive as Human Conscripts and worship the Queens as goddesses.

This Cult Prestige Class would involve telepathic "Hive Mind" abilities, and culminate in a transformation into a half-formian...

That's exactly what I envisioned with my prestige classes the Hive Warlord and the Hive Warrior. One is a telepath who coordinates his buddies through mindlink; the other uses ectoplasm to make weapons and armor for himself (all looking very ant-like), as well as increased endurance and some other abilities. I can't wait until my PCs encounter the Formian Empire in my world! When the slaves are willing servants, you can't lead them in a revolt.

Titans, Cloud and Storm Giants. All of these creatures can manipulate weather, help ensure plentiful seasons, and titans can cast arcane AND divine spells as a 20th level caster all before taking a character class! That means polymorphing, healing, resurection, spells right off the bat. I could definately see cults around such creatures, especially among seagoing folk, as the weather control powers available to such beings is considerable.

Maybe an Otyugh scavenger cult with oozemasters being held in high regard. Such a cult could exist within illithid run regions amongst the sewer dwelling drudge-slaves. Maybe they could become immune to the harmful effects of parasites (though still a carrier) , immunity to poison and disease early on, and eventually have their arms become tentacular. A real drawback (though possibly with combat bonusses against creatures with noses)would be their smell!!!
