Famine spirit (Fatling from Creature collection)

I believe it was said that the Famine Spirit is not the fatling. Did that change?

As there are a few creature entries which comtain more than one monster (such as celestials and devils), could you provide those, too? (Only if you have the time).

Captured one. (a living creature under the control of a Raggamoffyn)
Chimeric Creature. (mix and match your own chimera)
Death Knight.
Half-golem. (Flesh, Clay, Stone, & Iron half-golem examples)
Monster of Legend. (a creature chosen by a god to perform an appointed task)
Spellstitched. (Undead that have been powerfully enhanced by arcane means)
Tauric. (combine upper torso of humanoid with lower body of animal, basically make your own Centaur.)

I'm interested in this book myself.

What are the most powerful (half-dozen say) monsters in the book (by Challenge Rating)? Not counting things like the Gem Dragons and Linnorms (although top Gem Dragon and Linnorm CR would be appreciated).

Just want to get a feel of how high the book ascends in power.

Does the chimera template allow for choosing all three heads, or just one?

You have to have a Goat head and hindquarters, a Dragon head (choose the color of dragon), and one other head and forequarters of your choice. The example has an Ankheg, Goat, and Black dragon heads.
