The beholder and dwarf are pretty cool.

I'm not sure what Aladdin is doing in the foreground, though. Delete that character and we'd have a win.

I really like "Aladdin"'s ambiguity. He (or rather she, I think) is probably rallying the troops for a charge. But she might be running for her life.

I dont mind it though I find the lightning and the shoulder in the bottom left hand corner a touch distracting. I find it more interesting/intriguing than anything else. Still I liked the 4th ed one of Orcus the best of all Monster Manuals.
