Good question, I'll try to find out. Probably fantasy novel covers for various publishers.

Every single time I hear something like this, I feel depressed.

Yes, I LOVE Lockwood's art, as well as all of those listed on your "like to see" list...but if you ONLY stick to those, no new artists get into the field. I guess this gets to me so much because I already see how hard it is to get into the artistic field, but adding to that an attitude that seems to not allow for ANYONE new just makes it even worse.

Oh don't get me wrong, I like new artists, but the problem is, WotC is sticking with old, bad artists rather than hiring many new ones.
Every once in a while, some new artists get hired into the fold, like Stephen Tappin, who does some damn impressive work.
