Monster Template (Word)

Just a heads-up, Keterys: I used these for a little tidbit thingie I'm working on. Hopefully I'll get it up this week and you can tear my monsters a new *coughcough*hole -- all for the sake of good design, of course. :)

Thanks, man. Saved me a ton of work.

I made one of these myself, no heading though, yours looks better. I made at wills green, encounters red, recharges orange, immediates violet and anything I just need to remember (like auras) I made blue. I just wish there was a way to get the symbols in front of the attacks.

Well, you can just use the font I linked above to get the symbols.

I tried the green/red approach and I preferred leaving things that weren't special (like at-wills) black. That or I just couldn't find a green I liked. Once I abandoned green I figured copying it wasn't for me and I wanted the triggered abilities to really stand out the most.

Nice Templates,

Tho my campaigns are often NPC oriented, I use spreadsheet (microsoft excel or openoffice calc) and I use formulas(e.g. =MAX(B12:C12)+D15+10) to save time on skills, attack powers and defenses.

It's pretty baller, so you can just adjust the level, and the saves, skills and everything changes accordingly. Of course it's always a hassle to route every power to its associated ability rating and possible modifiers, but theres no way around that anyways ^^
