The TL; DR...

"To summarize, in most ways MM 2024 monsters appear to be built to the same targets as MM 2014 monsters were with a few exceptions. Their average saving throw bonus now scales slightly slower, and legendary monsters are now built to have around 40% higher DPR and 15% higher HP than their normal counterparts."
