I just wonder. Is this poison all the time with every hit or just like in DMG. One shot and it's gone? I think it's all the time, couse if it's just one shot it will make many monster so weak. So what is the truth?
If it's an at-will attack, it poisons on every hit. If it's an encounter or daily attack, it can only be used once per encounter/day. Monsters don't follow the same rules as PCs.
