Is there any monster that attacks Dex or Con?

It's no more sacrilege to attack an opponent's ability scores in a game of Dungeons & Dragons, as it is to attack your opponent's lands in a game of Magic: the Gathering.

Which is to say, it's not at all sacrilege...it's just really rude.
