Please let us know the other three types and the missing manifestation. I'm just dying to play a Witch!

Hmmm...Iron Witch thats a tad peculiar. I wonder what their abilties are like. its going to be interesting since ALL classes in AU cast spells from exactly the same list. so the variation to the witchs is going to be in their special power...and as he has stated in their class skills etc.
I would personaly have gone with like 8 each or so(types and manfestations) but it looks interesting. you can probably create new ones without to much trouble. Although I was really hoping " Song" would be a witch type as well as a manifestation.

Our group is playtesting AU.

All I can say is that most of you are going to be torn as which race and class to run first. IMHO, they are all that good.

And I am very picky..... I have never played a Bard, and only played a Barbarian once and they are not really my cup of tea. I would play any of the AU classes in a flash.....

And the magic system will further excite persons..... our group loves it and prefers it hands down to the PHB magic rules.

AU will be compatible with the PHB so you can use a Bard character in the AU setting easily enough. Just make it so. Why try to reinvent the wheel?

Unless I have misinterpreted your question.....

Bards are all things to everyone. They are quasi-spellcasters, quasi-rogues, entertainers, storytellers and a wealth of information and rumors.

Of what aspect of Bards are you referring?

Well let me put it this way. The bard I actualy got to play was focused on people skills, knowledge, magic and of course heavily on music. What class or combination of classes in AU if any might offer me thease characteristics?
Basicaly I am wondering which of the AU classes would be most likely to fit one or more various bardic archtypes.

I'm actualy prolly most likely to play a Magister, Runethane, Mageblade or Witch in AU first. I just love the bardic concept so thats one of the archtypes I always wonder about with a new system/product.
