Morale bonus after downing a foe?

Hey, folks. I'm actually trying to find something, and not having any luck. I remember seeing a feat (or possibly a class ability?) that grants one's allies a morale bonus the round following killing an opponent. Anyone have any idea what it might be? (For that matter, anything you know of that grants morale bonuses for certain actions - other than bard songs - would be appreciated.)

The cleric spell Bless grants a morale bonus (but you probably knew that! ).

The following spells grant morale bonuses:

Bless
Good Hope
Heroes' Feast
Heroism
Heroism, Greater
Rage
Remove Fear

Morale boni evoked by feats:
1.) Swarmfighting; Prerq.: Dex 13, Base attack bonus +1, Small size; Benefit: Occupy same square as other swarmfighting ally, gain +1 morale bonus per ally (up to Dex bonus); Source: Complete Warrior, p. 105
2.) Bane of the Unclean; Prerq.: True beholder or favored enemy beholder, Dex 13, ability to cast disintegrate as a spell, spell-like, or supernatural ability; Benefit: +2 morale bonus on attack, weapon damage, touch AC, and saving throws ag. beholderkin; Source: Lords of Madness, p. 44
