More Feats for All

yes, the game can halde iot but the game needs to be altered as well. Gestalt leve 10 characters are going to do much better against CR 10 encounters, so the game needs adjusted for them

My current plan is to do quicker feats (actually a bit faster than 1/2 levels) because I'm going to be running a (very) slow advancement game. For fighters I'm planning on moving up the "action point die" to help them out a little.

Level 3 d8 (attack rolls only)
Level 5 d8 (all rolls in combat)
Level 7 d10 (attack rolls only)
Level 9 d10 (all rolls in combat)
Level 11 d12 (attack rolls only)

(My game is unlikely to see level 7, so...)

Thoughts?
