Trevor Kidd is almost certainly part of the "other" managing the community and such.
Mike Mearls *might* also be part of the 15 who are part of the D&D team but not actually working on the rules as he's a manager and likely doesn't spend his days writing content.

IIRC Mike Mearls did design too, i recall him saying he reworked armors table a while ago on twitter.
