This morning I began to read the boards, as every morning.
As many people, I entered directly to the User CP area to see the answers to my posts, and then to the General forums. I didn't use the main messageboard page. So I didn't read the line about community support. Until ten minutes ago.
What do I mean? Now, the community support think is only two lines in the main boards page, and many people don't ever see that page. I think you should put it in each board, as a sticky message, like the 'forum limit' advertisement. It should be more visible, and much more people would use it, IMHO.
