After all this discussion, I fear what the mis spelling of hong will come up with...
The trick to spelling my name is to realise that the K is not just silent, it's invisible.

No, no, no, people, it's Monet Cook, get it straight!

My personal favorite has been Gary Gygax's story about the kid who called him "Mr. Jy-jax" years ago. :)

As for Chris' name, I've always played both sides of the fence and slurred his name somewhere between "Pray-mas" and "Pra-mas"; some people have thought I said "Promise" so Chris if you ever get someone calling you "Chris Promise" you'll know who did it to you. :)

What, you mean those are actually 2 different people.

Wow! You learn something new every day... :D

Don't worry. You're not alone. I thought that Morrus and Spoony Bard were also one and the same. :o

Really what are the chances of a Michael Morris and a Russell Morrissey working on one website together? I think that one of you should be forced to change your name by deed poll, just to make it a little clearer for those of us that are a little slow to pick up on minor details such as PEOPLE'S NAMES. Especially when they run a website that you visit almost daily. ;)

I think it's highly coincidental... and everyone knows there's no such thing as coincidence.

The only sensible conclusion I can come to is that it's all a conspiracy by either a)The Illuminati, b)The Bildenburg group, c)both of the above.

Fnord. :D

Right?
Close. Impressively you got the emphasis correct (though there is also slight emphasis on the first syllable). But the first syllable isn't that germanic. It's mooch. ch as in church. oo as in boot. It is supposed to be Italian but when my great-grandfather arrived on Ellis Island, his English was non-existant and whoever wrote his name onto his immigration papers was obviously unfamiliar with Italian spelling.
