Acolyte Wu looks at all the opponents, seemingly content to observe. He sits down, staff in his lap and back against the wall, seeing how everything plays out.

The robed men that come for Sean surround a spot in one of the corners of the room, and shortly after they leave as though they are flanking someone.

As he is being escorted Sean thinks to himself, With a little luck, this should be over quick.

[sblock=OOC to Albedo]I'll try to get to my email tonight and give you some of my actions. Don't want to tip my hand to the other players yet, and if the tactic I'm going to try doesn't work, I may get killed in the first round. [/sblock]

The vampire laughs away Malefika's challenge. "There is no way I would waste my time with an insignificant like you. However, one of my... "companions" seems to have taken a shine to you. If you are so willing to fight, why not do so against him?"

Roy, undaunted by the smoke surrounding him, charges off in the direction of Mord. He loses his footing as he steps over a hole in the floor, but recovers by switching to flight to traverse it, as well as all the other holes intradicting him from his foe. He reaches the end of his move to see Mord, roughly 150ft away from his starting location, and seemingly explodes in an unexpected burst of speed, leaping onto his opponent with a flurry of puches and kicks. Mord holds his ground against a few of the attacks, but is unable to hold back most of the other fighters furious blows. Onlookers through the ball in the banquet hall (which shows the scene without the smoke) see Mord slowing down slighty after each successful blow. However, once Roy's flurry finishes and he touches down on the ground, Mord stands tall, ready to add his contribution to the fray.

Sean and Michael are lead towards tunnel 1, which after 5 minutes of straight travel becomes a steep hill heading downwards. In another 30 minutes of walking, the group reaches a cliff. The robed men place them each one a small rising on the edge, and then push them off, causing them to fall a 500 ft drop onto a large rock globe 300 feet in diameter that floats in the middle of a large cavern. The two cobatents fall into a hole in the middle of the globe, and magical forces direct them to entrances on the opposite sides of it. strangly enough, the globe has its own gravity, but as Sean and Micheal survey their surroundings, they notice a jungle growing along the walls of the spherical cavern the globe floats within. A large voice booms out to the competiters, FIGHT!!!.

When khorli cloes her eyes Creature of Torment can not be detected. She senses everything around her, yet Creature of Torment is not there. From over her shoulder a whisper filled with blood lust comes into her ear.

"Meatling tell me."

What every one else sees is that Creature of Torment started to circle and then when Khorli spoke Creature of Torment started to slowly sink into the ground. When Khorli finished speaking Creature of Torment rises from the ground behind her to whisper something in her ear.

Kohrli jumps away again at Creature's movements.
"It does so. I can't hear you. I can't. I can always hear. Why can't I hear you?"
Kohrli curls tighter in on herself, becoming smaller and smaller looking.

Creature of Torment backs away with a smirk.

"That is because Creature is a hunter, and meatling is the hunted. Meatling should be careful. Creature starting to be Bored."

Creature of Torment moves to stand beside Malefika.
"when can creature begin the hunt?"

Malefika laughs, glaring at the Vampire. "I'ld be more than happy to see your friend turned to fine motes of dust blowing in the wind." She glances at Creature, teasing Khorli, and walks past them, slapping Khorli's bottom as she goes "Don't let it bother you too much dearie, he's... not all there..." She starts laughing wildly at her own joke as she moves off to the robed men to set up a fight with the soon to be deceased vampire flunkie.

Torea paces out a small circle of open space, then takes to an elaborate dance in the space. Though she doesn't draw her weapon, it's apparent that she's practicing her combat skill. Occasionally she glances up at the orb to see how the combats are going.
