Gotta go with the enterprise. It’s the only one I can think of that is specifically mentioned in the opening credits, so even casual non fans probably recognize the name with the ship.

This is pretty much it. When I think iconic I think something pretty much everyone will recognize and Morrus' list pretty much got it.

1. USS Enterprise
2. Star Destroyer (Star Wars)
3. X-Wing (Star Wars)

Show anyone in North America, Europe, or Asia pictures of these and they're going to identify it right off the bat. My mother might not remember it's called an X-Wing, but she'll know where it's from.
