Hello all,
I was wondering how Move Sliently and Hide work together. Are there minus' added to the skills? Can they be used in tandum? Where is this information in the DMG?

They can be used together without problems.

All of the rules you need are in the PHB.

As both actions are modifications to your move, they are not true actions in and of themselves and therefore can be used together. Both require you to move at half speed or take a -5 to their respective rolls. Some DMs may require you to meet the movement cost for each skill separately, thereby forcing you to move at quarter speed (some may treat it as ‘hampered movement’, so they are multiplied together instead of added; this is a specific exception to the normal rule for doubling).
