I hope you all can answer this question

My question is "can you make an attack with a crossbow if you are concentrating on a already cast spell"? Let us say you have cast flaming sphere or an illusion can you keep up concentration and still get that attack and even make your normal move? I would say yes unless you are attacked and you do not make your "concentration" roll then you lose concentration but still have an attack available to you.

. Concentrating to maintain a spell is a standard action that doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity.

Anything that could break the character's concentration when casting a spell can also break the character's concentration while the character is maintaining one, causing the spell to end

You could move, as you can move and take a standard action, but certainly not attack.
