moving e-Tools to a new PC

Okay, I'm having trouble getting logged into CodeMonkey's forum, so I'll try here

I am getting a new PC. I want to move e-Tools from my current PC to the new PC. Can I just copy everything over, or do I need to actually run the "install"? I have a pre-CM cd-rom and all the updates .exe's.

You can just copy everything over. I've done so many times as I've switched or added computers at my home.
