MSE Documentation for designer?

Is anyone aware of a user-friendly tutorial on how to design a *template* for MSE? Is it something that a non-coder can achieve without a modicum of effort?

I've waded through the very interesting thread on do-it-yourself power cards and been inspired!

I'm not a coder. Not in any respect. But I was able to design a template. Black Plauge did a bunch of code for both our Power and Character cards, and he's awesome at that, but that was because we wanted more functionality, more automation. If you are just looking for basic text and image entering without a whole lot of automating and pre-filling based on other blocks, you can do it. I did.
