Muliticlass question

hey :) i have question about mulitcalss powers lets say im a warrior,i will take multiclass feat that gives me hunters quarry(once per encounter) so it means i can mark one enemy per encounter as my quarry an deal an extra dmg to him as long as he lives??? :) beacause hes my quarry to the end of battle, and is my quarry form muliclass feat also increases dmg over levels(level 11 - 2d6 and so on)???

second thing is about retraining powers ,i dont know if i rember it right but it is possobile to change one power for example at will power form level x to at wil power level x or lower ,and i can take the same power more then once .So if im a warrrior and i have encounter powers like covering attack and parry and riposte i can retrain parry and riposte for another covering attack and i will have 2 covering attack to use in my encounter battles :)???

third thing when i take multiclas feat to gain hunter quarry once per encounter it is at will power, so i can retrain one of my warrior at will powers for another hunters quarry to have 2 hunter quarry per encounter :D???

fourth question :) is there any offical or unnofical gudie with examples how can i use my skills in combat (athletics, acrobatics and other) a know there are fev examples in a book like jumping and climbing but im lokking sometihng like using my acrobatics to knock someone down , use my athletics to hold monster to gorund so he cant move , or make a check to hit my opponet in the face to blind him :P or use my bluff to scare the wekaer monsters or make them mad so they get - to AC :D

Only until the end of the encounter.

You can only have any power once. Even retraining doesn't get around that.

third thing when i take multiclas feat to gain hunter quarry once per encounter it is at will power, so i can retrain one of my warrior at will powers for another hunters quarry to have 2 hunter quarry per encounter :D???

To obtain a power from your second class requires the use of a feat. This doesn't apply to class features like Hunter's Quarry, only powers. How this is done is listed in the multiclassing rules, in PHB1.

fourth question :) is there any offical or unnofical gudie with examples how can i use my skills in combat (athletics, acrobatics and other) a know there are fev examples in a book like jumping and climbing but im lokking sometihng like using my acrobatics to knock someone down , use my athletics to hold monster to gorund so he cant move , or make a check to hit my opponet in the face to blind him :P or use my bluff to scare the wekaer monsters or make them mad so they get - to AC :D

Such uses of skills would have to be adjudicated by the DM. I've seen no "manual" for them. Generally speaking in order to obtain an attack-like result, you would need to use an attack power. There are "skill powers" that have been added in PHB3, that might do some of what you're looking for. One of the approved uses of Bluff, that is listed in the skill text, is using a standard action in order to obtain combat advantage on the opponent for a round.

Only until the end of the encounter.

Not true. The multi-class ranger feat Warrior of the Wild only lasts until the end of your next turn (a case of specific beats general).
Warrior of the Wild compendium entry said:
Once per encounter, you can use the ranger's Hunter's Quarry class feature. The target you designate as your quarry remains your quarry until the end of your next turn.
The relevant passage bolded by me.

It's understandable that someone wouldn't know about the current timing of Warrior of the Wild, as it was erattaed. It did, indeed, last until the end of the encounter on release.

Since nobody answered it -- power types aren't fungable. You can only retrain at-will attack powers to other at-will attack powers, encounter attack powers to other encounter attack powers, and daily attack powers to other daily powers. Moreover, the result has to be "locally legal" -- powers remember their source (class, class feature, feat, etc) and while when you retrain you look at your current qualifications, not your original ones, you still can't fill a slot with something inappropriate to it.

So you can't retrain a level 1 power to a level 5 power unless you've got a new level 5 slot opening up; you can't retrain a multiclass power to a power from a different class (unless you retrain the multiclass feat, of course), etc -- the only way, more or less, to use multiclassing to build a character that wouldn't be legal without multiclassing is when you retrain feats after you've met a prerequisite (eg, you can have 2 Paragon feats at 11th level, not 10, as you can pick up one normally and one via retraining).

Etc...

Most of these were already answered, but some weren't completely answered, so I will be a tad redundant due to my anal retentiveness. :P

The Multiclass version of Hunter's Quarry lasts only until the end of your next turn. This means you usually have two attacks(three if you use an Action Point) to hit and deal the extra damage. And yes, the damage scales with level.

First things first, At-Will Attack powers are only level 1, making it impossible to trade down to a lower level At-Will. There are some Utility powers that can be used At-Will, but I'm pretty sure you're talking Attack powers, since those were the examples you gave for the Encounter powers. Anyway...

No, you can only have a given power one time. This is specifically stated in the PHB (which I do not have handy at the moment to quote the page).

third thing when i take multiclas feat to gain hunter quarry once per encounter it is at will power, so i can retrain one of my warrior at will powers for another hunters quarry to have 2 hunter quarry per encounter :D???

Again, no. When you trade powers for other powers you have to trade Attack Powers for Attack Powers or Utility Powers for Utility Powers. Hunter's Quarry is a Class Feature power and is thus not eligible for swapping in this way.

The DMG mentions a bit about using skills to do, well, just about anything. A lot of it is up to the DM, following a few guidelines. I don't know of any specific guides out there, but here's my 2 cents for your examples. Again, how I rule it is by no means official, and a dozen DM's could make up a dozen different ways to handle these situations!

Acrobatics to knock someone down.
You slide under a creatures legs, tripping him on the way through.
Standard Action. Move through an enemy's space, provoking Opportunity Attacks as normal, and ending in the space opposite him.
DC: (Depends on level) Base DC 15
Success: The enemy is knocked Prone
Failure: You are Prone.

Athletics to hold a monster down so he cant move.
Actually, this is nothing more than a normal Grab...

Hit opponent in the face to Blind them.
You throw a handful of dirt in your opponent's face.
Minor Action to scoop up some Dirt. Standard Action to throw dirt.
Attack: Basic Ranged Attack vs Reflex.
Hit: Target is Blind until end of your next turn.

Bluff to scare weaker monsters to anger them, causing them to have less AC.
(Ok, I didn't quite grok how this Bluff thing was going to make weaker creatures angry and have less AC so...)You inform the orc warrior that you have had intimate relations with his sister.
Minor Action.
Bluff vs Will
Hit: The orc gets -2 to AC and +2 to Attacks and Damage rolls vs you.

Ok, that's all for now. I suppose if I had my books here they might say something glaring that I missed, but, well, I don't, so forgive any blatant problems with my answers!
Later!
