Multi-Class; Power-swap: Retraining Question

First, my character is a 26th level, Fighter/Kensei/Demigod, multi-class barbarian.
This is what I want to do exactly:
I just gained a new feat.
I want to take reserve maneuver.
I want to use reserve maneuver to swap my 11th level Kensei attack power, in order to gain a 7th level figher attack power.
Then, next level, I then want to retrain one of my other feats into the novice power-swap feat, and then swap the 7th level fighter power I gained from reserve maneuver, then swap for a 7th level barbarian power, via, "retraining" the reserve maneuver power.
Can I do this?

No. You could switch out any other fighter encounter power higher than level 7 for this, but you don't 'know' the power you get via Reserve Maneuver. You just choose to 'prepare' it every day, instead of your level 11 PP power.

Thanks. I just totally dislike Kensei 11 Masterstroke now.
Understandable, as it's so laughably underpowered these days it's almost sad (it wasn't very good to begin with, of course).

Still, you could reserve maneuver it for Come And Get It, which is a power you want to pretty much keep your entire career, anyway. Then feel free to power swap your previous choice for level 7 for any barbarian power - may I suggest Curtain of Steel? :)
