Multi-weapon and TWF

I know this has to have been asked before, but without a search function I am having a devil of a time finding it.

I know multi-weapon fighting replaces t he two-weapon fighting feat. But what happens in the case of Improved and Greater TWF?

Example: Level 11 Thri-Kreen ranger. He gets Improved and Greater TWF free. How would his attacks looks? Would he get the extra two attacks with ONE offhand weapon...or all three offhand weapons?

Help!

-Edited to clarify he has a light weapon in each hand...not natural attacks...and not unarmed attacks. I don't even want to get into all that!

I would extrapolate that there are Improved & Greater Multiweapon Fighting feats. They would essentially replace ITWF and GTWF.

I think my only unanswered question now is: On a creature with multiple arms, does EACH arm get the bonus attacks from ITWF and GTWF? Or just one offhand and arms 3 & 4 get their one attack each?
