This question applies to any multiclass characters who both happen to have the same "spells known" list as their "spells castable". On other words, any spell on their list, they can cast w/o having to specifically pick it in advance...
Anyway... Let's say in this instance you have multiclass Dread Necro/Warmage, and then you pick up the Arcane Disciple feat. Would the spells you gain from AD apply to BOTH classes? And thus allow you to be able to cast them twice (once for DN, the other for Warmage)? I can't remember if there was wording specific in the AD feat which stated that you have to only apply it to one of your classes spell lists (but it very well may be in there).
