Multiclass Vengence Paladin for Curse of Strahd or no?

I disagree that booming blade and spell sniper don't work together as an attack is clearly needed. In reviewing the feat I did find a problem though, a first level human paladin does not cast spells and so does not qualify for the feat and can't take the feat at level 1.

With the current weapons we have yes, I would agree. But that closes the door for weapons later on that work as making the target take a save instead of rolling to hit.
