Your character appears to be focused on being extremely survivable, with enough Strength that he can contribute his fair share in melee combat. You're actually reasonably well set up to just keep taking monk levels, rather than multiclassing. That'd probably be my top pick for you.
However, here's my official recommendation, should you choose to multiclass out of monk: rogue.
Here's why:
1) Sneak attack pairs very nicely with multiple attacks.
2) With even the amount you have invested in monk, if you take levels in a spellcasting class, you will be incredibly irrelevant as a caster.
3) Unless you're talking about casting utility spells... in which case you can Use Magic Device with scrolls and wands to achieve the same effect. Your Charisma is decent, so this option is fully available.
In my estimation, the two best breakpoints for multiclassing out of monk are after you hit monk 6 or monk 12, with a preference for monk 6.
