If (as in 3.x) you can only take a feat once, then it would be better for these to be three different feats than one feat, so people could get multiple powers if they wanted.
Yes, they could put in the text "Special: you can take this feat multiple times, but each time pick one of the other available powers, etc." but that is just replicating what the feat rules would already do if the feat was split into three different feats.
