Multiple Arms and Grapple

It doesn't specifically allow you to attack the grappled opponent with your other limbs.

Your DM may allow you to do it, but, as you can see, the rules don't actually say that you can.

The rules (globally) permit an ungrappled opponent to attack someone with multiple limbs. Improved grapple uses the term "is not considered grappled", and does not specifically rescind the global allowance.

Nowhere in the game does it specifically say you can breathe normally when not drowning, so I guess everybody better start making those Con checks for suffocation...
