Munchkinizing for movement rate

If the DM allows psionics, seems like a Xeph psychic warrior would be the easist route, taking skate as one of your powers..

I've played a Barbarian/Psychic Warrior/Marshall and had lots of fun playing with the speed and manouverability he can get especially if you add up the walls to the list

A big boost would be acessing the cheetahs Sprint ability? Not sure of the best way to go about that though...

It may be a little outside the scope of the thread, but any particular reason for wanting incredible speed? Apart from the cool factor?
The Sprint is most easily achieved by the Wild Feats in Complete Divine... but you need 5 levels druid for that.

Cool factor, and it's one of the few things I *haven't* munchkinized in 3e yet. It's hard to come up with something new when you've been playing and DMing as long as I have. :)

A longstride shifter gets +10" to move while shifting and an extra +10" w/ the longstride elite feat.

I'm wondering how many of these are base/unnamed bonuses and how many are enhancement bonuses.
