I don't believe that has been formally announced yet.

The last piece of information I saw was that it would be system neutral with the stat blocks and other rule-related information available as a download. That said, I can't imagine WotC doing that so I expect it will be released for Next... but, no doubt, using a different version of Next than that which will be found in Hordes of Dragonspear Castle.

It might be system neutral but I think it's safe to say that it's aimed for D&DNext considering that it's about the major edition shifting event.

One of the authors answered this: It's designed to be played with 4e or D&DN, but is really system-neutral enough that you can play it with any D&D.
