I love Freedom City and while I have all of the GR books none of them outside of the core is essential...

So I guess I can say none, eh?

couple more votes for the excel character generator and the message boards. I also recommend hero maker. I create pictures with it and then port them over to the generator and we have nicer character sheets than those in the original book (not better art though but better than I could do which isn't saying much).
