Here's what I can tell you right now. The system is the same as the Serenity RPG with a few tweaks and changes. The Quickstart Guide is 32 pages in black and white. It should be to distibutors between mid-December and mid-January. The core book is color, 224 pages in hardcover. That one should be to distributors around mid-April.
