Darker World Rule Nerfs ! ! ! !
To keep a darker feel, I'm imagining that I'll have to institute a couple of NERFS for our Warhammer Fantasy 4e D&D game!
1. Two death saves instead of three
2. Raise magic item appropriateness by 1-2 levels
3. Limit action points to anything OTHER than power/exploit/rituals (if it's not already)
4. Spellcasters will make a d20 chaos roll for any non-at-will powers they use. (warhammer divine/arcane roll effects..will definately lower magic use
Monsters will probably be nerfed too. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to try to keep track of a boatload of monster special powers
