My Campaign World

I'll take it that no one is interested then. Oh well ... moving on :)

Keep posting! I don't get many comments on my thread in this forum either - it doesn't mean people aren't reading and enjoying your stuff!

Cheers

Actually that is one of the main things I liked about Greyhawk and outright lifted it for this world. Cause I like it :)

Fair enough. I know I've lifted plenty of ideas from published settings for my homebrew.

Another example of something that I am going to lift is going to be Blackmore, as a place over the mountains on the other side of Vothia. I will modify it to fit my world a bit, but I like it over all. This sort of darker, more desolate mirror to the west, with elves and dwarves et al just darker themed.

:)

Might make the Egg of Coot an asiatic warlord in that area :)

Sorry for the lack of updates, just spent the last week working on the Gods of the Western Kingdoms.

Won't be much longer now and I will begin work on the new Gazetteer... until then, here is a link to the expanded and revised hex map (ala Greyhawk of old) ... enjoy please :)

It's a la Known World of old, actually. ;)

Just keep posting. People will notice. Also, try a little more formatting. It'd be nice to have gazetteer entries bolded, for instance. Breaks up the hugeblockoftext.
Nellisir makes a good point. Formatting helps. Plus, make sure you check your spelling and grammar. When something doesn't read properly then people might lose interest. Keep up the good work.

The map is very well done.

Don't worry about not updating on a regular basis. Go at your own pace. People will come back to a thread if they really want to. I've learned that you have to post for yourself and no one else.

No kidding. :D

Work continues apace. I have started fleshing out the regions around Elise, adding an area called Boraquel, home to the Boraquels, a sort of Gallic tribes-people.

Not quite barbarians, but more like the Scottish clans circa Edward the First. Certainly they are a pain in the side of the Baron of Elise as they refuse to bend their knees to him and have a Queen named Mareé.

Boraquel would be situated between Elise, Celina, Olde Caralon and Thess.

An updated map to come soon. :)
