Those look familiar. I hope we get a nod in the section 15 if you get around to including them in a product. The others are a nice expansion on the concept - quite nifty :D.

And thank you too. :)

OK I am using the 'A funny thing happened at Carousel #5' as my introductory adventure. The players are starting at 6th level. I've modified the adventure to replace Dr Henry with a Russian and his thugs who kidnap the professor outside the airport forcing the players into a car chase and later a search around NYC for the professor. For those of you unfamiliar with the adventure the PC's are tasked with escorting a scientist and his luggage to his downtown hotel room, complications arise when his luggage is identical to several other passengers'. The Scientist has developed a technology (I am trying to come up with one that is different than the one provided in the adventure and would provide good plot hooks for the adventures to come) and the player's corporation is interested in it. Once the players have finally secured the luggage they deliver it to their supervisor... I am trying to come up with a few follow up adventures to this my main problem is thinking of a believable technology than an absent-minded professor would have developed that is useful to a mercenary corporation.

Yeah, we certainly intend to give credit where credit is due. Spycraft is a big influence on our d20 Modern stuff (and there are places all over this message board where I've certainly expressed my admiration). As per AEG's published request, an upcoming product not only has the proper section 15 notation, but a sidebar mentioning what a great product Spycraft is and the debt we owe to it. What makes it so useful is that so many of the abilities interact with the process of investigation, which is such big component of most actual modern campaigns, instead of just more ways to kill monsters. Spycraft has a lot of very versatile Open Game Content, and we really appreciate AEG's stated intent to free up as much OGC as possible.

Thank you for your compliments on our conversion and the things we did add to it.

Neat (I didn't know about the side bars thing). The additions are genuinely cool. I'm looking for a little appause smiley :). I guess I'll settle for *applause*.

I'm really having difficulties coming up with villainous plots... sure i have the good old "Terrorist steals nuclear, chemical, or biological weapon and plans to use it to further his own goals (anarchy, riches, political)" and a few others, but I really need some help coming up with some good plots for my baddies.

The polite request AEG put in Spycraft doesn't specify a sidebar, really, it just asks for some kind of shout-out outside of the section 15 notation. Our way of acknowledging our debt to Spycraft is an appreciative paragraph in the sidebar. I know that White Wolf's d20 Adventure specifically had a spot where they stated where they had gotten their chase rules. I do think we're taking a little more time out to talk about how cool Spycraft is than the other products have.

And speaking of Spycraft... if you're looking for some adventure seeds, cruise by the AEG site and check out the huge archive of downloadable Spycraft adventures. Even if you don't use the game stuff or the particulars, the plot ideas should keep you going for a while.

Thanks, I downloaded like every mission and there is lots of good stuff.

Oh and by the way does anyone know of an extremely long range cargo aircraft that is not too big?

I have decided that the players are part of an extranational espionage and counter-terrorism organization heavily inspired by AEGIS (thanks Skara, btw Skull and Bones is awesome) And as such they are a bunch of scattered operatives brought together for missions. My problem is one character may live in Toronto, another in Berlin, and several others scattered across the globe and I need a way to quickly mobilize them, specifically airdrop all 5 of them in a recently decimated South Africa.

Have you read the comic (now collected in graphic novel form) Global Frequency? It features an independent volunteer intelligent agency that responds quickly to emergencies. If there's a fun example in recent fiction of disparate team members being mobilized in a hurry, that's it.

How exactly are the agents in Global Frequency mobilized? The comics look really good and I'm probably going to get them but I cannot extrapolate that info from what I've found on the net and I'd really like to know very soon. If you could tell me I'd really appreciate it.
