I'm not sure I could.

I'm impressed by the - did I do the math right? - 41 point build, and I agree with the others about the spells and that feat. But overall the PC looks like a lot of fun to play!

Thinking some more about it. Prereqs plus it only hightens the save for spells that allow a reflex save.

I'll get around to thinking this thru sometime today.

Only on Refl saves? Then it's a waste of a feat for clerics.

Fair enough. Not every feat is equally valuable to every class. Just thinking of ways to limit the feat as I agree with others that it is a bit over the top.
