My eyelid is twitching again

I used to get that occasionally.

It was caused by:

1. Stress +

2. Lack of Sleep +

3. Caffiene.

Since cutting out 3 (mostly), I haven't had a problem.

ANother brother with the twitchy lid here. I'll attest to the stress, caffiene, and eye strain. Once I cut back on the caffiene and straining my eyes, it goes away.

I'm feeling fine now. But yeah, I'll cut down on the caffeine and, y'know, sleep deprivation. I don't think I have much stress.

Focusing on far-off objects tends to help. I go for a drive when my eyelid is twitching.
