D&D 4E My first 4e PC 1st level tiefling rogue, thoughts?

Just wondering what people think of this 1st level tiefling rogue I made up.

Tiefling Rogue Level 1
STR 16
CON 12
DEX 16
INT 12
WIS 10
CHA 12

Feat: Two weapon fighting.

Skills: Acrobatics, Dungeoneering, Perception, Stealth, Streetwise, Thievery

At will powers: Deft strike, Piercing strike.

Encounter power: Tourturous strike.

Daily power: Easy Target.

Short sword and dagger for two weapon fighting.

Why the high intelligence? Are you going to multiclass into wizard? Because otherwise you've totally gimped your two supporting stats and, to a degree, your main stat to no real purpose. You'll be able to get a few feats you couldn't otherwise, and you'll be better at some skills, but you'll be weaker in combat.

Ok looking at the sheet he has a +5 to initiative. The +3 from DEX but I can't figure out where the other +2 comes from. Having a brain freeze.
 

If I were you, I'd seriously consider dropping either Int or Cha down to 8 (thus eliminating any penalties with the +2: I vote Int here) then pumping Wis up for Perception. Because being surprised by the DM's goblins is embarrassing when you're scouting ahead and every little bonus counts.
