My friend Acquana can't post

My friend, who posts under Acquana, wanted me to ask for help for her. She cannot log in on the boards anymore, and cannot post. She tried changing her password, but she'd get the email fine, she'd open the page it told her to. But when the new page would load it'd say she wasn't allowed to access it to change her password since she wasn't not logged it.

Weird, huh? Can anyone help?

Have you tried the solution on the news page (and on numerous threads here)? That should be your first step - it solves the problem for most people.
