I realized I am in an overall spell type mood and will probably be writting and posting a great many. and I figured it was best to keep them all in the same thread :-)



Prismatic Aura
Abjuration
Level: Mys 5, Wiz/Sor 5
Components: VSM
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 0
Target: You
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: See Text
Spell Resistance: No

This spell surrounds the caster in a shifting cloak of light in every colour of the spectrum. Any creature with less than 5 HD or levels within 20 feet of the aura must make a Fortitude save or be blinded for 1d4 rounds.
The aura provides a +4 deflection bonus to armor class, and a +2 bonus to all saving throws. Additionally, anyone striking the caster with handheld or natural weapons suffers one of the following affects (roll randomly to determine)

1d8 Colour Effect
1 Red 2d4 Fire damage (reflex half)
2 Orange 2d6 Acid damage (Reflex half)
3 Yellow 2d8 points Electricity damage (Reflex half)
4 Green Poison (1d4 Con damage, Fortitude negates)
5 Blue Held (1d4+1 rounds, Will negates)
6 Indigo Confusion (1d4+1 rounds, Will negates)
7 Violet Teleported 1d8x10 ft away from caster (Will negates)
8 Struck

Force Shield
Abjuration
Level: Mys 4, Sor/Wiz 4
Components: VS
Casting Time: 1 free action
Range:0
Target:You
Duration: 1 round
Saving Throw: None
Spell resistance: No

This spell creates a shield of pure magical force that negates attacks. The shield negates attacks from only one direction, and this direction cannot be changed. The shield will absorb all damage the caster would take in the single round of its existence from spells, physical attacks, and supernatural effects such as breath weapons. However if the shield is subjected to more than 20 points of damage per caster level in that single round, it collapses and any excess damage is dealt to the caster. a Disintegrate spell colapses the shield immediately, but does not harm the caster.

Heres some more. Mys refers to my Mystic class, which is in this forum. Some of them I have posted before, but generaly those have been reccently revised.

Mage Bolts
Evocation [Force]
Level: Sor/Wiz 3, Mys 5
Range: Medium (100 ft +10 ft/level)
Target: One or more creatures or objects, no two of which can be more than 15 feet apart.
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Reflex Half
Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell allows you to hurl blasts of magical force at your targets. The spell does 1d6 damage per level, to a maximum of 10d6 at 10th level. You may divide this damage however you choose, but you may not create more than 5 bolts with this spell. Targets are allowed a Reflex save for half damage against each bolt. A Shield spell or Brooch of Shielding blocks these bolts.

Components: V, S, DF
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Medium (100 ft +10ft/level)
Target: 1 or more creatures, no two of which can be more than 15 ft apart
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes


This spell creates a bolt of holy energy that speeds from your hand to your targets.You must succeed at a ranged touch attack to hit. Each bolt deals 1d6+1 points of damage. Only evil beings and undead are damaged by this spell. You gain one bolt per 2 additional caster levels (2 at 3rd level, 3 at 5th etc).
