The only dragon in that adventure is a Large Shadow Dragon. Funny... my PCs are about to face it... wonder how they will do. (Hint: They will not entangle it more than once... and I doubt they will entangle it at all...)
If it was entangled, a DC 2 reflex (if you count its bonus) will make it able to fly away.
Also... I have the Draconomican... and I AM using it.
