Thank you. I'm starting to think that the best way to approach PDFs is with short (10-20 page) releases priced at $3 or less. It's less of a risk for everyone involved (publisher and customer) and as long as you treat them more like magazine articles than books, they're better focused and more likely to be what someone is looking for.
The trick is then to release compilations of these shorter PDFs. For example, the Forbidden Arcana series is going to be released as a complete package that (currently) will be 160 pages. People who purchased all of the single PDFs will be given the larger one free and for those who prefer larger releases . . . well, you get the idea.
The other thing I really want to do is start bringing other PDF publishers under the Ronin Arts banner. By collecting quality products and publishers in one place it will make it much easier for customers to know what products are safe to purchase.
