Another vote for Drow here.

How many times can you have a 'well I'm going against the traditions of the society that I grew up in, and I don't really mind wandering around in daylight' background before it starts getting old?

I voted drow, for reasons already mentioned by others(4 elf races? there shouldn't even be as many as 3), but also because for every elf-thing we've got in there that is a racial spot that could be taken by something interesting like gnolls or thri-kreen(which I've found that nobody has mentioned at all. Wouldn't it be surprising if that were the mystery race?)

Half-vampire or some such is a close second though. The very concept of that to me seems so ... goofy.

I voted Half-Vampire etc. because they are imo the most silly from all the options but if I could vote multiple times I would also vote for Catfolk and Drow.

Catfolk because after what was happening when Savage Species came out I don't want to see any anthromorphic race again and drow because they are overused and we already have too many elves.

Draconic Guys (just don't make them half dragons but something else), minotaurs (Dragonlance showed that they work) and Warforged (In the end they are just Golems anyway) wouldn't bother me.

I choose the already most hated options. We know those are unpopular (at least on Enworld... Not sure the same poll on WotC boards will have the same results). What I want to know was "What would anger the more people".

For some obsurce reason, I think a D20 .pdf sourcebook with the two most hated possibility will sell a lot. ;)

I voted half-vampire.

I like catfolk, so there. :p

And Smurfs (although mine are Small and carnivorous, like Athasian halflings...).
