HMS Conflagration has always been one of my favorites. I believe it was an actual RN ship in the 18th or 19th century...can't imagine the superstitions that went along with it!

Arr! I think "The Foul Eel of Atlantis" is my favorite.

The one pirate campaign I ran years ago was on a ship called The Thorn. Simple, but it worked.
