Name your favorite D&D book

Hmmm....

First thing that came to mind:

1e Unearthed Arcana

But hot on its heels are:

1e DMG
1e Fiend Folio
2e Complete Elf
2e Complete Fighter
Spelljammer Boxed Set

I second the Spelljammer 2nd edition boxed set. What Planescape has been for many people, Spelljammer has been for me. Its taken an earthly campaign and shot it to the stars, interstellar intrigues, scheming Neogi overlords, giant purple hippos, who can ask for more?

The Masque of the Red Death Campaign Setting, followed by the original Ravenloft Campaign Setting Boxed Set and the second Waterdeep Boxed Set for Forgotten Realms.

Star-Wars d20 revised edition is the book that I do find the most beautiful of all my d20 books. However, I almost never play d20 Star-Wars.

I also much like d20 Modern which is self contained game in one unique book. Much like Menace Manual too (excellent monster book, nice illustrations, very well done).

There is many books that I do use, and one of my favorite is Grim Tales. However, I don't mention it because visually it isn't very exciting (black and white, few illustration not of over the top quality, simple layout).

At this moment, it's Omega World from the Polyhedron side of Dungeon 94. The reason: it does in about 40 pages what many books struggle to do or cannot do in 200-400 pages.

2-way TIE!!!!

1E Dragonlance Adventures, by Hickman and Weis. Great story, awesome information, and, IMO, well put together.
1E Unearthed Arcana. Great additions to my game as a kid. Loved the barbarian, Comeliness stat, and several magical items from that book.

Honorable mention:
1E FR gray box
City of Splendors boxed set.
