Names

We named our malamute/elkhound "Freja". "Sif" was also in the pipe. Since mastiffs are Mesopotamian in origin, IIRC, something like "Istar" (or "Isis", "Nepthis", etc. for a stretch) might be more appropriate.

Ok probably not on topic but i need sum help and I figured this would be the best place to get it. Just got a new female English Mastiff puppy, and this is the only place I could think I could get help to find here a name. She is fawn, a light tan, with a Black face and snout. Being an gamer, I know that gamers would have the best ideal!!!

I forgot to ask how old is she and how big do you think she'll get? You can usually tell by the size of the parents and siblings, plus the size of her paws. If she look like she'll be on the small side, name her a BIG sounding name and if she's huge, give her a danty name.;)
Also, watch out for that tail... I swear they can do some serious damage with those things. Our bull mastiffs used to hit the washer and dryer like drums with theirs and my parents pit has a big lump callus on the end of his tail from hitting everything. Hey, you could call her Sabre (that's what the type tail mastiffs and some other breeds have is called. ;)
